US Shipping rates:
$0-$74.99: $2.95
$75 and up: FREE
Canadian orders: The shipping rates for many orders under 3 pounds are not very different from US rates and may not incur extra shipping charges. Please contact me before checking out for an exact shipping quote.
All other international orders, please contact me for a shipping quote. If necessary, shipping charges will be invoiced separately via Paypal after checkout.
Flat rate shipping of $2.95 is charged on all US orders under $75. US orders over $75 ship free. Most orders ship using USPS. Free shipping orders ship via best method. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping offers apply to US addresses only (APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska are included). Due to their heavy shipping weights, package, prefold and flat orders may ship via parcel post, UPS or Fed Ex.
Insurance is recommended but optional. Insurance can be added to cart under the Insurance category.We will not be responsible for packages lost/damaged in shipping if you do not obtain insurance.
Unless otherwise stated on the home page or individual product page, most orders will ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.
Diaper packages and special orders may take longer than 2-3 business days to ship, depending on color availability and ship-from location. Contact me with any questions.
Canceling orders
Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Canceled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must go through the returns process.
Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase can only be made on unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise. For registry purchases, 30 days starts from the event/due date. All returns must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before being sent. Returns not sent with an RMA number are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be in original sellable condition (unworn and unwashed) with all tags and packaging intact and must be odor-free (no cigarette smoke or perfumes). Inserts must be included or the full purchase price of the insert will be deducted from the refund. Please make sure to check sizing prior to washing items. Items that are not in new, original condition will be returned to you at your expense.
Within 5 days of receipt of the items, refunds will be made in the form of original payment minus the cost of shipping. Gift purchases will receive store credit. The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price, even if the order received free or flat-rate shipping. If returning part of a diaper package, the diapers you keep will lose the volume discount rates. If a discount code or coupon was used on the purchase, the refund will be made on the discounted price. If your order included any free items with minimum purchase, they must be included in your return or the full purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping exchanges with the exception of correcting a store error.
Shipping is not refunded on refused or returned packages.

*Please contact me about any merchandise defects. Retain your package slip as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for replacement of defective merchandise.
*Wash any items, diapers or covers with dark fabric separately first to avoid bleeding onto other diapers. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for bleeding fabric.
Layaway:
Layaway arrangements are available. A non-refundable 25% down payment is required. Payment on layaway should be completed within 8 weeks unless prior arrangements have been made. Choose layaway as form of payment at checkout and you will be charged 25% of your total. E-mail me for further payments and information. Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of final payment. E-checks must clear before items will be shipped. *Please note that layaway orders made in more than 2 payments (the initial and final payments) will be assessed a $1 administration fee per extra transaction.
Accepted methods of payment:
I accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal and Money orders. Local pick-up orders may choose to pay with cash. Paypal and credit card payments must be received within 24 hours of order placement or order will be cancelled. If money order is not received within 5 days of ordering, I reserve the right to relist items and refund your payment when it is received. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared (if applicable).
Local Customers
Customers in the Monmouth County area or those visiting the Jersey Shore are welcome to pick up orders. Please leave a note in the comments box at checkout that you wish to pick up your order. I'll contact you to set up a convenient time. Please note that some products ship directly from the manufacturer and are not eligible for immediate customer pick-up.
International Customers:
I am happy to ship internationally. Please contact me for a shipping quote. International orders over $50 will receive a credit towards shipping equal to the price of US domestic priority shipping. International orders will be shipped within 3 business days of payment, but may take up to several weeks to receive. I am legally obligated to fill out customs forms honestly and accurately. Customers are responsible for any fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs assessed by the governments of the customer's residence.
Coupons and Discounts
Snooty Booty Diapers periodically offers coupon codes and free shipping specials. The best way to learn about these specials is to sign up for the mailing list, or follow Snooty Booty on Facebook or Twitter. Coupon offers must be used at time of check-out and cannot be applied after the sale is completed. Unless otherwise stated, one coupon per transaction is allowed. Coupon discounts are not valid on exclusive Bum Genius and GroVia purchases unless otherwise noted. Periodically, certain products may be excluded from coupon discounts. Current coupon exclusions will be listed in the sales and specials section.

Price Match Policy
Should you find a better price on a product at another on-line cloth diaper retail store and wish for Snooty Booty to match the price, please contact me. I will do my best to match a competitor's regular or sale price on in-stock items. I regret that I will be unable to match prices for clearance sales, discontinued item prices or prices that violate my retailer agreements. Price match does not apply to colors/sizes out of stock at the competitor.
Privacy
Snooty Booty Diapers will never share or sell your personal information. For some special orders or inventory oversells, I will arrange for a drop-ship from a manufacturer or trusted retailer. In these instances, only the information necessary to ship (name and address) are shared.
Samples
When available, I sometimes include product samples in your order. If you or your child has a sensitivity to scents, please let me know so that I don't include add any irritants to your order. |
